Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Free of stains, odors, or damage

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to you.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Mountainbrookadventures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Disputes

Disputes may be considered for the following reasons:

You received an incorrect item

Your item arrived damaged or defective

Your order was never received (after confirmed carrier delivery issues)

Disputes will not be accepted for:

Incorrect sizing or fit (please review size charts before ordering)

Buyer’s remorse or changed mind

Items marked as final sale

Normal wear and tear

Orders that are being claimed as lost but we have confirmed delivery by the carrier

Resolution Process

Once we receive your complaint:

We will review the order details and any supporting evidence (photos, tracking info, etc.).

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Resolutions are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in:

Denial of future purchases

Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including delivery confirmation, order details, and communication history

We actively contest chargebacks that do not comply with our stated policies.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny disputes if fraudulent activity or abuse of our policies is suspected.
